Bikyasa is a modern evolution for the contemporary practitioner. Combining the healing heat of Bikram yoga with the flowing power of vinyasa yoga, balancing silence and music, this class leaves you feeling on top of your world. We will explore the foundations of hot yoga, the transitions of vinyasa practice, along with the principles to you stand tall and confident, ready to receive all of life’s gifts.

Power of Sequencing and Direct Vocabulary – what you learn about your body and yoga sequencing from BikYasa. Tools and tips of students and teachers that you can apply to your daily life.
 Learn how some words can build confidence, trust and connection with your family, friends and co-workers, as well as with your students.

Power of healing – what does in mean to heal the body? Why do some poses offer healing powers in comparison to other postures? And what is the science of preventative maintenance?
