Erika graduated as a professional ballet dancer from the Finnish National ballet school in 2019. She danced with the Norwegian National Ballet for several years.During her dance career, Pilates played a vital role in her conditioning & rehabilitation.
Erika got her apparatus Pilates instructor certification from Somatic Center in 2024; which included Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Springboard, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector.

Her warm and encouraging teaching style helps movers find their mind-body connection, whilst keeping it creative & fun.
