I am a Pilates instructor, dance teacher, and a professional dancer – I completed my Mat
Teacher Training Course in BASI Pilates Academy Turku in 2024 and graduated with BA in
Dance from Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland in 2022. For two
years prior I studied Acting at Dance Theatre Department of Stanislaw Wyspianski
Academy of Theatre Arts in Cracow, Poland.

This year I started teaching Pilates in various locations around Helsinki Metropolitan Area
and will soon start working as a freelance dance artist with Finnish National Opera and
Ballet. Before moving to Finland I danced in Tanz Company Gervasi in Vienna, Austria, co-
founded dance collective TOGETHERNESS and took part in various creative projects as a
freelance dance artist.

In my movement practice I am inspired by seeking the balance of creativity and discipline.
For the last ten years I’ve been regularly practising contemporary dance, Pilates and yoga.
I take great joy both in the physical practice itself and in the act of sharing it with others.
My goal is to offer classes that are empowering to every participant: I want my instructing
to be grounded in knowledge while striving to see and acknowledge each person for who
they are – offering guidance, challenge and support along practitioners’ personal journeys
with movement.
