Jade was introduced to Bikram Yoga in high school, began practicing regularly after university and became a teacher in the fall of 2013. Yoga, Bikram in particular, is a major part of her life. It gives her the physical and emotional strength needed to deal with life’s many inevitable changes. She may take a break from her practice, or try different yoga/exercise styles, but it always feels like coming ‘home’ when she’s back in the hot room. Nothing pushes her harder or makes her sweat more than Bikram Yoga.
Jade is also a Yoga Alliance 200 hour certified hatha yoga instructor with additional training in both Yin and Restorative yoga. She is also particularly fond of Yin Yoga, which she believes is an excellent compliment to Bikram.
