“We go through the breath to channelize the behavior of the mind (citta vrtti)”
O.P Tiwari

One hour session is designed to introduce the Blue-Print of Breathing, which is the yogic method of breathing used in the practice of pranayama. The participants will then be guided through a series of kriya and pranayama, ending with a short sitting meditation practice. Through this short introduction session, we hope to connect you to your own breath and to explore the potential benefits of a simple art of correct breathing.

Dewi Loho

Dewi started practicing pranayama in 2011 under the guidance of Shri O.P Tiwari and one of his most senior student, Paul Dallaghan. She completed her Pranayama Teacher’s Training Course in 2013 with Shri O.P Tiwari at the Kaivalyadhama Institute in Lonavala, and in 2015, was given the opportunity to assist Shri O.P Tiwari in an Advanced and Teacher’s Training Course in Pranayama at Kaivalyadhama, India. With a blessing from her teachers and through her personal experience as a practitioner, she feels inspired to share the beautiful practice of Classical Yoga and Pranayama to others. An accountant by education, a yogi by passion and a jewelry designer by profession, Dewi ventured out of the corporate world to follow her heart and founded her own yoga-inspired jewelry company to channel her love for both arts and yoga.
