Johanna has been in the health and fitness industry since her mid-twenties and is an Advanced Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pre/Postnatal specialist.
She recently moved to Helsinki from London where she was a Master Pilates Trainer and Head of Pre and Postnatal for a leading London Pilates company for over 5 years.
Jo discovered the simple freedom of running in her early teens, and in 2011 decided to combine her love of running with swimming and cycling and completed her first Ironman triathlon in 2012!
She believes to stop learning is to stagnate and loves to challenge herself, as it means her clients will constantly be challenged too. No matter what a client’s goals and regardless of whether they come every day or just once a week, Jo believes everyone has the power to be exceptional. They just need the right motivation.
